Annual Family Barbecue

Dear friends,

On Sunday Sept. 1 another joyful event awaits your sparkling presence. We’ll be meeting each other again in the warm (literally) atmosphere of the family BBQ: toasting the prospect of an Indian summer, catching up with members we haven’t seen for a while and solving problems that are not even there …

This year, by way of unexpected generosity, Folkert and Bee Loon are hosting again in their beautiful garden at the Maesdellelaan 3 in Tervuren between 2:00 and 8:00 pm. I’m sure you cannot wait to register on Polaris … and join us for a great afternoon with some nice surprises … An effort shared is an effort halved, so in our Club’s great tradition we’re asking you to indicate how you prefer to contribute to our fête by using the below link to the ‘traditional’ Excel. As of this year, your individual contribution account will be charged with 20€ per person attending, trying to offset part of the financial burden of the overheads of this event. We're sure you’ll understand.

We’re very much looking forward to seeing you on Sept. 1st. Members who plan to attend are invited to indicate, in the Excel spreadsheet below, what they can bring to the party. No need to "download" the file - just edit it directly and exit / save. 😀
