We need to pre-order meals from the restaurant ahead of time, we need all registrations to be final 24 hours ahead of the meeting. Any cancellation that are made later are billed to us in full by the restaurant. For anyone canceling less than 24 hours in advance, we must thus unfortunately charge the full costs of a meal (€35), as these costs would otherwise have to be borne by the club.
