To ensure smooth coordination with the venue, all registrations and cancellations must be finalized at least 48 hours before the meeting. Cancellations after this deadline will incur the full meal cost of €35, as this is billed to us by the venue and passed on to the canceling party. However, transferring your registration to another person is possible. By registering, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
